These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our products, services, and website. By purchasing from Alphastate Technologies, you agree to the following terms:

These terms apply to all purchases made from Alphastate Technologies, whether in-store or online.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be fully paid before processing and delivery.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
We accept payment via cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), or bank transfer.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm product specifications before purchase.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
No cash refunds are issued — only exchanges are allowed, as per our [Return & Refund Policy].
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with packaging and accessories intact.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–4 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders above KES 120,000/= qualify for free shipping within Kenya.
Orders below that amount are charged a flat shipping fee of KES 450/=.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or factors beyond our control.

6. Warranties

Some products come with manufacturer or supplier warranties. Warranty terms will be shared at the time of purchase.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alphastate Technologies will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or misuse.

9. Governing Law
