Exchange Policy
- No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges are accepted.
- Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 1–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Product Availability: If the same item is unavailable, you may choose an item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or physical damage caused after purchase.
